Paid Opportunity – Seeking Bath Based Artist Facilitator for Summer Project

‘Welcome to Bath Spa’ is an exciting new project working in collaboration with Bath Welcomes Refugees. We are looking for an artist who can design and facilitate family friendly workshops for the refugee community during the summer holidays.  The artwork will be reproduce to be displayed at Bath Spa station.

The artwork will incorporate words/phrase or symbols reflecting the cultures and communities settling in the Bath area.

Specifications:
Artist must live or work in the B&NES postcode area.
Artist fee is £900 + £300 for materials.
Family workshops will be on 3rd, 13th and 17th August in the
Bath area.
12 pieces of artwork created and ready to print digitally by early
to mid September 2024.
We encourage applications from people with lived experience of
displacement and those from the refugee and recently settled
community.
